Saw this food truck at the swap meet and ordered their vegetable omelet and rice and eggplant and rice. Both were good. Reminds me of my childhood breakfast :) the couple the was working there were pretty nice too!
Went here on 2/1/20 for lunch. Had the grilled fish, my husband had the loco moco and a side of lumpia. I believe they are cash only at this location.I enjoyed the fact they had their own covered seating and they even recycle cans. Wish they'd get rid of the plastic containers for lumpia, but I digress.Food was a good value and one of the only Hawaiian meals you could get at the swap meet (everything else available at other stalls was like a Hawaiian cookie or drink, not a meal.)

Austina's has been our go-to place to eat at the Maui Swap Meet. Garlic fried rice and eggplant omelet are so good with a cup of fresh coffee. Lumpia is very good as well. They serve different kakanin (Filipino snacks) also. I don't know if they still served the famous Maui Swap Meet garlic noodles, that's also a must try.
