“Catered for a family lunch at Maui Heritage Hall. We ordered enough food to feed Kauai, according to some relatives who attended. We had a wonderful variety of dishes and everyone enjoyed all of them - esp. the leftovers to take home! Try the Roast Pork - it is really good!“

“Rays is the place to be if you just want to relax and have a few drinks and amazing pupus or even dinner after a long day at work or maybe a night out with your friends . I went in on a Sunday night with a few of my girls... We had an amazing time . the owner Sandy ... Was the sweetest & her food is the BOMB.COM ... Hoku was our bartender and I have to say , her drinks were ON POINT !!! She made us feel so at home and if we needed anything we knew she had our backs . We also found out later in the night when the karaoke system came on that Hoku also has a lovely singing voice . But all together rays is hands down definitely a go to on any occasion.“

“The name says it all, to take care of. Chef Kevin and his team provided care, in many ways for a ten day trip to 28 of my dear family and friends.
The menu was well planned and perfectly executed. He used fresh local ingredients which developed layers of flavor. He catered to those with special dietary needs from 1 year olds to those in their 70’s. Chef Kevin worked with a local wine shop owner, Ed, to pair evening Pupus and the main dish.
Care went from sunrise to beyond sunset making sure all necessary elements for each day’s ending was in place and prepared for a fresh start for the next day.
Excellent communication from start to finish.
The Soigné team worked efficiently together and continuously reminded us to allow them to care for us and to just relax. His team and my guests were symbiotic for ten days.
Chef Kevin stole the heart of 3 year old Willow Mae who beamed when he carried her around one morning during breakfast and sobbed when time for goodbyes.
This was a trip of a lifetime and chef Kevin and his team were a vital part of the beautiful memories made.“
