Christopher Hajji makes the most beautiful food you could imagine. Adorned with flowers, arranged artfully with every aspect of color and proportion considered, his dishes are tasted the moment you lay eyes on them. Cloud 9 catered a luncheon at my business and utterly entranced my 30 guests. The flavors, textures and creativity of each dish were the talk of every table in the room. Literally, the room buzzed! I guarantee that every single person who attended will be telling the story of that luncheon for days! As the host, I really appreciated being able to trust Christopher to create and deliver a menu of dramatic and delicious experiences -- beyond what I could have even asked for.
