We are so happy with our coffee trailer! After reading Google reviews, I was a little hesitant at first but I am so glad I worked with Hawaii Food Carts as they literally made my vision come true. They were very timely, communicative and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make a 16ft trailer that had everything I wanted. Special shout out to Mike at the baseyard who was incredibly helpful!!
Hawaii Food Cart from day one, very friendly and helpful. We financed our first truck with them, they built it just as we needed it and exactly how we wanted. We purchased another trailer with them months later, Hawaii Food Cart made it happen for us, made it doable for us. Couple of hiccup on my side financially, they helped because we straight up talk it out. Don’t let the false disgruntled claim discourage your opportunity to secure your dream truck. 🤙🤙🤙

Hawaii Food Carts, also known as Aloha Braised, is a restaurant known for its excellent service and delicious food. The staff is open, honest, and fair, providing well-made food cards. They offer a variety of dishes, including Teppanyaki Thursday specials with steak, shrimp, fried rice, veggies, and ginger sauce. Their catering options feature Furikake Mahi Mahi, Mochiko chicken, New York Steak, Pork Belly, and macaroni salad. The furikaki fish and hurricane chicken are particularly popular among customers. While some find the food can be heavy, it remains flavorful and enjoyable. Recently, customers have noted an interesting mix of Hawaiian and Mexican flavors, with dishes like braised pork and sautéed fish receiving praise for their taste and portion size. The restaurant has a temporary location in Kahului due to a wildfire but plans to return to Lahaina by the end of November 2023.
