The service is attentive, and the overall experience is good, though it can vary depending on the crew. Early in the morning, around 6:30 am, the staff can be a bit grumpy due to the rush of people. Some customers had a great experience with an awesome employee named Beverly, who handled making drinks and food while multitasking and having small talks. However, another customer warned not to ask a trainee named Lexie for a straw, as this was upsetting and resulted in an eye roll and the straw tossed in their direction.

Menu items include the usual venti iced latte and iced chai latte, plus turkey pesto cheese sandwiches, which were not very tasty when heated. The breakfast double smoked bacon egg sandwich is a favorite. The Egg Pesto sandwich and Ham and Swiss Croissant were fine, but cookie prices were an unexpected $4.55 per cookie. Overall, the drinks, including iced coffee and frappuccinos, have been good.
