“Stopped here after completing the scenic back-road drive via the Nakalele Blowhole. The coffee quality was excellent and exactly what we needed after a long drive around the island. The store was clean and service was efficient. The only area for improvement would be a warmer, more energetic welcome from the staff, which would make the experience even better. “Lately, I’ve been visiting Starbucks frequently to unwind from the stress of studying. It’s a relaxing place, and even though I don’t spend a long time there, it feels like a special gift I give myself.

Last week, after a stressful day at work, I stopped in to focus on my tasks. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, especially in the late evening, so I usually avoid coffee. However, I made a mistake and wanted to try a new menu item, which led to a mix-up with my order. When my drink came out, I was a bit flustered.

The staff member noticed my reaction and kindly asked, “How can I help you?” I apologized for the mix-up and explained that I thought I had ordered a Green Tea fappuccino. Without hesitation, she said she'd make a new one for me!

It’s not about the money spent, but the quality of service was truly touching. Her small act of consideration uplifted my mood. While it’s the same Starbucks chain, this kind of excellent service enhances the brand's value. I believe that if you can receive such pleasant service for the same price, it makes the experience even better!“
