It’s Starbucks but with a homeless vibe- the staff who took my order was awesome, the other 2 told my mother who is old they did not know the code for the restroom- which I find hard to believe - it’s obvious she’s with me and I am ordering if they only give the code to paying customers that shouldn’t have been a problem-

Stopped here after completing the scenic back-road drive via the Nakalele Blowhole. The coffee quality was excellent and exactly what we needed after a long drive around the island. The store was clean and service was efficient. The only area for improvement would be a warmer, more energetic welcome from the staff, which would make the experience even better. Overall, a good stop for a quality coffee break while exploring Maui.
Loved coming here for my morning coffee while staying at a nearby hotel.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a clean and spacious restaurant with tasty drinks and excellent coffee quality, including a fresh hot coffee of the day. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, often greeting customers with a smile and showing remarkable composure and professionalism in difficult situations. Service is quick and efficient, and the drinks and food are flavorful and well-made, with consistency that stands out. The store is well-lit, genuinely inviting, and has plenty of seating and parking, close to a number of different shops and restaurants. It offers a great variety of merchandise and coffee beans available to purchase. The only area for improvement would be a warmer, more energetic welcome from the staff, and the poorly engineered drive thru set up is dangerous, as it forces drivers to yield to oncoming traffic and the menu board is mounted in a spot that makes it impossible to see oncoming traffic. Overall, this is a very chill place to grab a cup of coffee and a good stop for a quality coffee break.
