The staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, often greeting customers with a smile and showing remarkable composure and professionalism in difficult situations. Service is quick and efficient, and the drinks and food are flavorful and well-made, with consistency that stands out. The store is well-lit, genuinely inviting, and has plenty of seating and parking, close to a number of different shops and restaurants. It offers a great variety of merchandise and coffee beans available to purchase. The only area for improvement would be a warmer, more energetic welcome from the staff, and the poorly engineered drive thru set up is dangerous, as it forces drivers to yield to oncoming traffic and the menu board is mounted in a spot that makes it impossible to see oncoming traffic. Overall, this is a very chill place to grab a cup of coffee and a good stop for a quality coffee break.
