“We came across this place while driving around Maui one morning, no problem finding street parking. Once inside there was a short line and few tables still open. There was also the cutest store cat lounging on one of the couches, everyone stopped to give the cat some pets before ordering! Clean restroom, and the staff were nice, our drinks came out pretty quickly. We enjoyed a latte and an iced matcha, they gave me different options to sweeten the matcha how I liked so highly appreciate that! The breakfast bagels were tasty too. While it’s a little pricey, everything was good and we’d would love to come back here again!“

“We love this cafe, a very quiet and quality spot. It has a lot of hot and cold drink options, with a rich flavor and excellent service. We ordered a latte and a Fireside Mocha, with a lemon ricotta muffin and a pastry filled with nutella. Very tasty, a good stop after seeing the sunrise in Haleakala National Park.“

“We loved this vegan truck every time we visited, as our first stop and our last before flying out, for lunch. However, we got here this year and they NO LONGER SERVE FOOD, so just note. They are a delicious little ice cream shop only now. Still good, but we definitely missed the chippa waffle and burger. Had to find somewhere else to eat vegan on the way to the west side of the island.“

“Deanna helped me today whilst we talked about Australia. This location is connected to Foodland so plenty of parking. Centre has USPS and lots of other shops. Only 2 tables inside, I did not see any place to connect a charger and 5 tables just outside. Disappointing but no big deal.“

“I am a lifelong Starbucks consumer. I’ve gone to more of its locations around the world than I can count. My boyfriend and I are at the drive thru every morning just after they open, while it’s still dark out. Our drinks are always good, of course, but what sets this location apart from all of the others is the customer service. They are always welcoming, friendly, know your favorite drinks, and just in general are exceptional at attracting and keeping happy customers. I honestly think, as a former restaurant owner, that they should be the gold standard. Just drive by this location and you will see that there is ALWAYS a long line of cars! Kudos to all of the wonderful Starbucks staff at the Wailuku location!“

“I called a couple days in advance to place a medium size take out order for early morning (for work office), and the service was great all around. The phone call was easy and seamless, and the order was ready and correct when I went to pick it up. The parking lot was not crowded in the morning and made it easy. Mahalo!“

“This Starbucks location is slightly above average (which is very good, it’s a great chain). It’s a stand-alone building in a windy spot so the walk from the car to the front door can be harsh on a windy day (after a 30km+ hike) but once inside everything is great. Clean, beautiful lighting, friendly staff, lots of room, great merch as always. Enjoyed our visit thank you!“

“Stopped here after completing the scenic back-road drive via the Nakalele Blowhole. The coffee quality was excellent and exactly what we needed after a long drive around the island. The store was clean and service was efficient. The only area for improvement would be a warmer, more energetic welcome from the staff, which would make the experience even better. “The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I’m not sure what I was expecting but as for my first experience to this location. I’d have to say it was like one of those escape rooms. Excited to try something new just lost in the process. Only because I knew where it was supposedly located based off of google maps. If you go like you’re heading to foodland & drive to the front entrance. Take a right, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is at the end. We were about to park in front when I saw they had a drive through. We almost turned left skipping the ordering part & going straight to pickup window. So instead you have to turn right to loop back into the parking lot to order. Plus it seemed like the speaker had a bad connection since it was difficult to order. Asking for a frozen, blended matcha was heard as an iced matcha. Once we confirmed the frozen blended part she asked if I wanted whipped cream. I said yes & that was the end of the order so we pulled up to the window to pay. I was kind of bummed when I saw the drink. It was in a plain cup with no logo or whipped cream. However the drink itself was delicious. To me it kind of tasted more like a blended vanilla ice cream shake with matcha powder mixed in to give it that delicious flavor I love so much.My next visit will be in store so I can check out the atmosphere & see if there’s anything else I want to try.
