Ba-le Kona Restaurant Reviews
Really really good banh mi. freshly baked break and great grilled beef. Sad they are closing on the 17th.
I’m so sad to hear you will close! I have been coming in for take out 10 years. It’s my favorite food if I go downtown Kona. My husband and my first date we ordered here and had a picnic. Thank you and your ohana for the good times and good food. Balé, we will miss you ❤️ mahalo!!!
I am so sad this place will be closing permanently
Ba-le Kona Restaurant is a beloved Vietnamese eatery that has been serving the Kona community for over 23 years. Known for its delectable pho, banh mi, Thai tea boba, and ube tapioca pudding, the restaurant has garnered a loyal following among both omnivores and vegans alike. With tofu, mushroom broth, and non-dairy options available, Ba-le Kona caters to a wide range of dietary preferences. Sadly, the restaurant will be closing in mid-May due to the redevelopment of the strip mall it occupies. Customers have expressed their gratitude for the good times and good food, and the restaurant's family-friendly atmosphere, with a kid-sized pho option, has left a lasting impression. Despite the impending closure, Ba-le Kona Restaurant remains a highly recommended destination for those seeking delicious Vietnamese cuisine while it's still open.
