Gypsea Gelato has been one of my favorite dessert spots during my stay in Kona. They have a great selection of gelato and sorbet, with plenty of flavors to choose from. Everything I've tried has been flavorful, high quality, and consistently good. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I've visited several times and have always had a great experience. I recently tried Gecko Girlz Shave Ice across from this place and I personally wouldn't recommend it....
Obsessed with this gelato! So many incredible island inspired flavors. Best toasted coconut gelato I’ve ever had. No wonder they have been voted best choice for so many years. Must have!

Locally sourced ingredients and really tasty dairy-free options as well. Get coffee and really great bakery goods too all made in house. Yum!
