Great fresh sushi with many custom rolls. Other Japanese dishes on the menu too. So fresh! Fast service. Full bar menu too. Get there at 4:45 to sit in sushi bar, wait u t they open at 5. Miso soup worth having.
Went there twice, had the same server, the young man from Indonesia. He was very friendly and polite. Food was great. Between our two visits, we tried a lot of the things in the menu, and everything was very good and very reasonably priced.
I had a mixed experience at Izakaya Shiono. While there are many things to like about the atmosphere, several issues with the food left room for improvement.
The Tako Wasabi tasted fine, but the portion size was disappointingly small. I also tried the oysters; while the seasoning and dressing were quite good, the variety of oyster used wasn't the best quality. it lacked that premium, plump texture.
