My wife and I visited this KFC while visiting the Big Island in Hawaii. We purchased a 2 piece chicken combo and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich seemed okay however my wife's chicken was a bit raw, and undercooked, and had a funny smell when she bit into it. We went to the counter to get it exchanged and the girl who was in change was very rude to my wife stating that, "the chicken is timed" which suggested there is nothing she is willing to do to replace the chicken...read full review

The restaurant including its dining room closes at 8:00pm. We got there at 7:40pm and the doors were locked. We tried to go through the drive through and the lady was very rude. She told us they were out of everything except for drums. We asked when they closed the kitchen and she said 6:30pm! Asked to speak to a manager and again, very rudely she denied us.

We went at 7:45, def late but then they said they only had strips, literally nothing else. They said they stopped making food and when we asked when they said they stop cooking at 6:30... THEY CLOSE AT 8. Not only annoying but also gross asked why they were closing early and they just stopped responding worst fast food experience don't go maybe they'll get replaced with a spot that makes food till they're closed
