My wife and I visited this KFC while visiting the Big Island in Hawaii. We purchased a 2 piece chicken combo and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich seemed okay however my wife's chicken was a bit raw, and undercooked, and had a funny smell when she bit into it. We went to the counter to get it exchanged and the girl who was in change was very rude to my wife stating that, "the chicken is timed" which suggested there is nothing she is willing to do to replace the chicken or fix the situation. Upon hearing her response I stepped in on behalf of my wife (who was being very gentle) and I asked the girl if she was really not going to do something about the situation, and if she was being difficult with us. The girl repeated that "the chicken was timed" and that she won't be replacing it while the other two female employees looked on in concern as a result of her attitude and looked a little worried while staring at us. At this point I felt like both my wife and I had been disrespected and treated with terrible customer service so we decided to walk away and leave the slightly uncooked chicken in it's box on the counter. While we were walking back out the store in displeasure, the same girl showed her anger (would you believe that?!) with us and threw the box off the counter on to the floor as we walked out the store. I have never seen such disrespectful customer service in my life and suggest if a manger is reading this that appropriate action be taken. The date of service was Jan 30, 2024 12:17 AM ET (which is about Jan 29, 2024 07:17 PM HST) and the amount was $26.26. I personally will never visit this specific store location again and if you are thinking about going there then, "Good Luck." Absolutely Terrible Service 0/5 stars!!!

The restaurant including its dining room closes at 8:00pm. We got there at 7:40pm and the doors were locked. We tried to go through the drive through and the lady was very rude. She told us they were out of everything except for drums. We asked when they closed the kitchen and she said 6:30pm! Asked to speak to a manager and again, very rudely she denied us.

We went at 7:45, def late but then they said they only had strips, literally nothing else. They said they stopped making food and when we asked when they said they stop cooking at 6:30... THEY CLOSE AT 8. Not only annoying but also gross asked why they were closing early and they just stopped responding worst fast food experience don't go maybe they'll get replaced with a spot that makes food till they're closed

5 stars for tonight's experience. We weren't ever going to come back to this location after the last time months ago, but my son really wanted KFC. Huge improvement. I'm not sure if it was just tonight (12/6/23), but the crew they had did awesome. Very nice, could actually comprehend an order (unlike the lady everyone's been reviewing lately), they wore gloves/washed their hands, they didn't seem short-staffed, the order was correct/hot/fresh, and we'll actually return and hope we luck out with the employees again.

These folks are so kind and hospitable and do a great job running the place! The fried chicken is quite amazing. The whole restaurant is so clean and nice for dine in. We appreciate you guys!

Terrible experience here. Do not eat here, do not order from here, it is a complete rip off!! Paid over $80 for a 16 piece meal and the bucket of chicken only had thighs and legs. When I called to complain they said that is how it is sold, I'd have to pay more for the rest of my chicken. When I looked at the online menu it says a 16 piece meal comes with wings, thighs, breast, and legs. Not only are they ripping customers off they are also lying about it. I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

Zero stars for this place. Just paid $80 bucks for a bucket meal and we only got thighs and legs. When I called to complain the lady asked if she had my receipt and I said yes. She then tried to tell me that I got my full order then asked what I was missing. I said the rest of my chicken the breast and wings. She then asked how much I paid, I said over $80 and she said I should have paid more. There is an up charge for breast and wings. I called corporate and complained. Will NOT be going back. HORRIBLE customer service and a rip off!

Got 8 piece meal, asked for 4 thighs and 4 legs. She said fine. After they changed us, they said they had only 2 thighs. And got cranky. We were the only ones in the place, kind of a tip off. The legs were overdone and look like somebody already got a bite from them.

If your young and understand the new machines then I'm happy for you but I can no longer buy food there. Older generations should not have to deal with this computer crap just to order food. People make it so you return. Not a frkn machine
