Stopped in Kona on our way around the island for a quick 24hr experience on Hawaii’s big island. It was 8:40p by the time we made it to Oceans Sports Bar. We chose it because it serves food so late - which is so difficult to find in Hawaii. Everything closes or stops food service at 8:30-9p. By 9P it held more of a club scene with DJ, dancing, young adults, and a full bar. We got seated right away, had fantastic service by our waitress and were satisfied with the food options,...

Great people. Great atmosphere!
Chips & salsa……? Not so good.
Is that salsa Pace Picante? Lol
Fish tacos were really good; pork tacos not so much.
Everything else was pretty good.
Just a couple of tweaks & this place can easily move to 5-stars!

Got the blackened chicken club sandwich. Best sandwich I've had in my life. $6 Mai Tais. Such a steal compared to most things found in Kona. If you don't come here you'll regret it. Thank you Oceans.
