Snow Island is a convenient spot with easy, free parking. The staff are super nice, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food is great, delicious, filling, lovely, and flavorful. Popular items include bulgogi, spam & egg, tuna, and spicy pork kimbap, noted for a thin layer of rice and lots of ingredients. The bulgogi protein bowl, sometimes with a sunny side up egg, is available, though it can be a little too sweet for some. Sides like Korean mashed potatoes and cucumber kimchi are good. For snacks and sweets, they offer Korean shave ice Bingsu, which is light, fluffy, refreshing, and like ice creamy shave ice; the sesame one is not super sweet. They also have pon de ring donuts, mochi donuts, and drinks like strawberry matcha with ceremonial grade matcha. There is ample seating inside for a sweet treat. The place is awesome and totally worth trying.
