9:23 pm, Saturday - props to Jeremiah. I came in with my sister to order 2 drinks. Jackson got it wrong. Miscommunication with Jeremiah, clearly.. got me upset. BUT! He was cool enough to apologize, and ask how he can do better. That.. honestly humbled me, got BE to apologize too, saying that I too can do better in being PATIENT with other (especially when things come out wrong). Anyways, things got fixed. We good. Jeremiah, I hope life treats you well, you have a lot of potential to be the BEST at whatever you choose to do in life. Be yourself, smile, and love life. God bless

Never coming to this baskin-Robbins ever again because of the bad experience with the mahu working there. My daughter and I love baskin-Robbins and usually all baskin-Robbin’s don’t mind giving samples or adjusting a request of a different flavor for a special they got going on. So my daughter wanted a sample of ice cream and this worker was so rude about it made such a stink face and gave my little one a sample all pissed off… my daughter asked why the worker was mad! Anyway my daughter asked for a certain flavor for the Sydney special drink and this Mahu was so mad she asked for a different flavor and refused to serve it at first and when I told him the other Baskin-Robbins always accommodated to a different flavor he yelled whats their names! Really ? So rude he hesitated and finally put the flavor she wanted in it then I can’t believe that this person works here no aloha and will definitely drive customers away!
If you are looking for the best one check out our favorite baskin-robins spot in Kaneohe top notch customer service there they treat their customers with so much aloha and so generous with any request my kids once dropped there ice cream and they replaced it with two scoops without us even asking just amazing the workers they got there! They would let u try all 31 flavors if u wanted haha

We brought our teenager here for National Ice Cream Day. We came around 8:45pm and had quick and friendly service. Our ice cream was delish. It was the perfect temperature and the warm brownie at the bottom of my Sunday was exactly how you’d want a brownie to be.

Where to begin:I ordered this cake on Monday, Jan 22, for pickup today, Jan 26, I paid $57.58 after taxes online. Never had an issue before getting my cakes. Exactly like the photo. Until today, I was shocked how it looked and was told by the lady there's nothing she could do to fix it. I explained that the crumbling cookies and messed up cake weren't worth almost $60. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do refunds, nor could she fix it. I pointed to the display case and asked her why these cakes were perfect and mine wasn't. She smirked and said, "I made the ones in the display case, not yours." She then processed to tell me that all their pictures online are photo shoped. How does that make anyone want to buy again from them?In the end, I paid $57.58 for a ruin cake and was told to just stick something one top to cover their mistakes. They refuse to see why I was so upset that I not only bought in advance but drove 15 mins out of my way to make sure everything was perfect for my husband bday and the main focus the cake looks horrible in the Pictures because of this shop.

Don't go, your ice cream will melt within 4min of receiving it. I was almost done with mine before my husband got his because it melted so fast. We have been to other places where the ice cream doesn't melt that fast. I know it's Hawaii and it's Hot, but we have been to places in Kapolei and Waikiki and even others in Kailua where the ice cream doesn't melt in 4min.

Typical Baskin Robbins outlet. Consistent quality ice cream. Staff was very helpful, efficient and organized. I visited at 6PM on a Saturday and parked very close. Interior was spotlessly clean. If Baskin-Robbins is your style then this is your spot in Kailua.
