We stopped by Cinnamon’s in Honolulu right when they opened, and it was such a treat from start to finish. The cozy, island-inspired ambiance set the perfect tone cute, quaint, and relaxed, just how breakfast in Hawaii should feel.
I ordered the Mango Stuffed French Toast Tots with spam and pineapple, while my friends went for the Red Velvet Pancakes one with egg whites and a veggie patty, and the other with two eggs fried hard. We all sipped on fresh pineapple juice and water while soaking in the morning vibes.
Let me just say… the food was phenomenal. My French toast was so decadent and filling I had to take some to-go. The mango filling was tropical perfection, and those flavors together? Unreal. I even got to try my friends’ red velvet pancakes soft, rich, and extraordinary.
Now, I’ll admit I was hesitant about the spam (childhood memories and all), but when in Hawaii, it’s a must. And honestly? No regrets. It was delicious, savory, and perfectly paired with the pineapple.
But the real star of the morning? Michelle, our waitress. She was a total gem warm, attentive, full of great recommendations, and genuinely seemed to love what she does. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and joyful. We even tipped her more than the price of one of our meals because she absolutely earned it.
If you’re in Honolulu and looking for breakfast that hits every note fantastic food, top-tier service, and island charm Cinnamon’s is it. A solid 10,000,000/10 in my book. 🌺

We LOVE Cinnamon’s!!! We come home to Hawai’i to visit every year, and Cinnamon’s is one of the things that makes us feel that we’ve come home. Not only is the food SO ONO, but the people and the atmosphere make it one of the best places on O’ahu. We have made lifelong friends here and precious memories with family and friends. Cinnamon’s will always be part of home for us!!!

Atmosphere was cute and service was great. We were seated quickly and our waitress was great. However, halfway through eating the kalua pork, my friend noticed it had 1 or 2 dead flies in it. When we showed the waitress, she was equally disgusted and brought us a new dish, but we couldn’t eat any more after that. A bit later as we were finishing up our food, I found multiple hairs if not a whole hairball in my pancakes. By then everyone was basically done eating so we just paid and left. Probably won’t be coming back since we were so grossed out and sucks because the food tasted pretty good otherwise.

All we can say is wow. The cinnamon roll pancakes are so dang good. Omelets are huge. They don't take reservations. They no longer have the cinnamon rolls but the pancakes more than make up for that. Good thing we don't live here or we would come too often. And sadly we don't live here so I can't come enough.
