The only redeeming thing about this place is the food didn't taste that bad...but we paid almost $60 for terrible coffee, corned beef hash that was mostly potato, crab cakes that were again mostly potato, and some burnt potatoes on the side. They don't even have hash browns. Then they have the audacity to add a per egg service charge. Come on people, it's breakfast food, it's dirt cheap. If you're going to charge high prices then do your customers right.
This place is overpriced and overhyped. Go somewhere else.

Always friendly service and food is consistently delicious. They run it like clockwork and we usually don't wait long for our food. The place is popular though so get there early. My favorite is their cinnamon roll and crab cake eggs benedict.

For the amount of high reviews this seemed like the spot to go, and it wasn’t even close. Meh food. Had signature items like Eggs Benedict and Loco Moco and it was mediocre. The only item that we liked was the cinnamon pancake. Besides that very basic spot. Much better spots around.

First time at Cinnamon's in Kailua! We ordered eggs benedict, fries, omelette, pancakes and coffee and it tasted okay. The $8 coffee was made with tap water and smelled like disinfectant and was undrinkable. This was the first time I've had coffee like this in Hawaii. The quality was terrible and it cost me almost $90 in total. I will never go again!

I ordered the shrimp eggs Benedict and it was incredible! This was my first time trying cinnamons although had heard great things about it, and this place lived up to its reputation! The mgr Brian came out to check on us and really made us feel like family. I can’t say enough great things about this hidden gem!

Very nice home-style diner. The coffee tastes like you made it at home ??. I had the lilikoi chiffon pancakes with a side of home fries. Everything came out fast, fresh, and delicious! I was surprised by the portion size and took half to go. I ended up forgetting it at the restaurant, but my server saved it for me (saying if that happens they usually keep it for an hour or so in case you come back). So kind!

We went there for breakfast and the food was good and plentiful but not very refined in taste, we had better eggs benedict and pancakes in Hawaii! The place is a little dark in the sense that it is a closed room with stickers on the windows so it lacks a little light and it feels very closed off as a place! Too bad when it’s sunny outside! The service was impeccable though!

we expected more based on the raving reviews but all we got is a rude hostess who didn’t want to seat us then talked about us to a server and under her breath to herself (while we were standing patiently in front of her), the mahi tasted old, the potatoes looked microwaved, honestly just a total let down, wouldn’t go again.

Pancakes are the best - the cinnamon roll pancake is one of a kind. We are obsessed ? The French toast with the mango sauce is also good.
