Chef Pablo, after spending four transformative years in an Ashram in India, has masterfully brought the authentic taste of dosa to Hawaii Island. It's rare to find such genuine Indian vegetarian cuisine in this location, making his establishment a noteworthy find. Really great Dosa place! The food is fresh and made right in front of you. We had the plain dosa as well as classic dosa. The food was great in taste and mild.Parking - There's street parking as well as a parking lot (with meters). Meters take credit card for payment.

We were on vacation and this place is a must visit if you want good tasty healthy food and great people who work there. My mom is 77 years old and have made thousands of dosa herself and she said she liked this place. Sambar and chutney taste great. All around , I would recommend this place to anyone!!
