I LOVE using Good Clean Food Hawaii. I have been trying to meal prep for a while and this takes all the guess work out of it. 98% of the meals have been PHENOMENAL (I really only have dislikes only 1 meal) and I look forward to having these on a daily basis. This has cut down my grocery expenses and food waste exponentially and I couldnt recommend this more.

Been using good clean food for almost a year now and I’m totally in love with it! I love that you can choose which meals you want each week, and that the menu is always changing. It’s the perfect amount of food and taste so freaking good! It’s like having delicious restaurant leftovers in your fridge 24/7! Since I’ve started ordering their food, I’ve felt more energy and I don’t skip meals. It doesn’t seem like your usual pre order foods. It actually manages to make meals taste like a home cooked meal that doesn’t leave you feeling hungry. Each meal includes a macro count so I can make sure I’m staying as healthy as possible. Their customer service is full of genuinely kind people who want to help. Even the delivery team puts a smile on my face when I get the opportunity to see them at the door.

I have celiac disease and the paleo option is safe. I have had no issues and the food is tasty with delicious spices. The food is not sweet or fake tasting like some store bought gluten free options.
I started eating GOOD CLEAN FOOD Hawaii a few months ago to get into shape and lead a healthy lifestyle. The food tastes delicious. I get full and don't overeat. With good clean food Hawaii and yoga classes under the palms I feel great and healthy.

GCF Hawaii is a lifesaver. I used them two years ago for a few weeks and it was so helpful to use them when transitioning to healthy eating so that I didn’t get overwhelmed and end up giving up and reverting.Now I’m 50 pounds down but I’m using them again because not only do I need the healthy clean food, but it saves me so much time and stress. I don’t have to count my macros, weigh or measure anything. I just pick what I want (I like the a la carte ordering) and I pick it up every Sunday. I’m on week three and I’m not working out differently, but I have noticed a huge change in my body (body aches gone, bloating/ swelling gone, insatiable hunger gone) I’m eating balanced which is keeping me actually full instead of on empty carbs I would resort to in my typical work day which would leave me hungrier. I’m down 10 pounds just from the first 2.5 weeks of only changing my eating to GCF and occasional healthy snacks, and two homemade meals on the weekend. I told my doctor about GCF and he was so happy to hear a meal prep service was on island and he is gonna start referring people here! So grateful for the GCF Ohana ?
