This KFC is extremely understaffed, but the employees are always so communicative about it. They do what they can, the food always tastes great, and they're always apologetic for the wait. This afternoon (2/2/24), there was only one woman working but she ran the drive thru efficiently.

Terrible quality for and the restaurant floor is absolutely disgusting. The doors is so sticky I could barely get my shoes unstuck from the floors and floor mat upon arrival. Every time I go there to pick up food I have to wait 20 minutes.

We are going back to KFC they have finished there remodel it's clean, we had great service and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Bummer that the dining room closes at 7pmBut the drive thru was open! I think that closed at 8pm.

Came here got in the drive through at 7:55pm there was a car in front of me ordering when I got to order next I was told "sorry we are closed" No other cars behind me either. The absolute worse service! Don't waste your MONEY cause they don't want it any way and don't bother wasting your time here.

| just left the '11 Kainehe St, Kailua, Hawai" location. I arrived at7:28 pm. They close at 8pm. | wanted to order (3) 8pc family meals for a group order. They said we only have (1) 8 piece left. So I went to another restaurant instead. O stars.
It makes me happy to post this review. I'm a 70's baby. My youth was filled with picnics to Kailua beach with homemade musubi and KFC for lunch. I haven't enjoyed their chicken for the past 25 years as it seems to have been in decline for flavor, quality and a different recipe. Fast forward to this weekend, with the new building, and what looks like new staff, the chicken was ono! Still not the old recipe. I think, but ono for what it is now. The nuggets are winnahs!!!

Purchased 8 pieces Meal. DO NOT EAT HERE!Chicken was very dried out, absolutely no moisture, did not taste like KFC and really, really poor quality of the meal’s food all around.We have seen bigger drumsticks on wings.I work in the food industry and know old product.Shame, shame, shame for selling it and allowing it out of your store. .For almost $40, very, very disappointing! Absolutely SHAMEFUL the product you serve to your community! Auwe!And, we used to love KFC Kailua… never, ever again!Franchisee should have their Franchise revoked for non-representation of the brand name

Ordered the 8pc family dinner. Chicken was way overcooked like they threw it in the fryer a 2nd time to heat up. Does not resemble original recipe kfc. Go to the Kaneohe store , better
