Let me start by saying we’ve had KFC all over the world and always love it. This location near our home in Kailua, Hawaii has been the only KFC that has been consistently poor. Gosh I really hate giving reviews based on negative experiences... Just because maybe you go somewhere and you don't have as good of an experience as you might expect, and it could be for several reasons that the people working there might not even have much control over... So I'm never quick to judge negatively off a one time experience... On that note I've been to this KFC 4-5 times now... Carmen, drive-thru window lady. Excellent customer care. Made sure safety first. Good traffic coordinator.I got the 3-piece dark meat combo (medium drink) with extra ice. Shared one thigh with my senior citizen Auntie (who only had a cold sandwich, so one piping hot extra crispy chicken is an excellent protein source for her osteoporosis).
