Stopped in here, based on previous reviews. The food was great, but the lady working the entrance was so sweet & happy which is what really made my experience! It's connected to the tattoo shop, so I walked by it a few times, but was a lovely experience!

We ordered black americanos as we enjoy the taste of good coffee without it being all doctored up, very nice coffee! As for food we got the breakfast sandwich. Delish! Nicely seasoned fluffy eggs and crispy bread. We loved that they use arugula and not oxalate loaded toxic spinach which so many restaurants choose as their green ingredient. BIG FAN! Will be back.

This was my first time at Lilikoi Kitchen. The restaurant is super small, and clean, with seating outside only. The service was wonderful. The server was super kind and up front that the meal would take about 20 minutes since they were busy. The wait was worth it!! My friend got the avocado toast and I got the breakfast burrito. The food was fresh and oh so good. Each bite of my burrito you could taste all the flavors. There wasn't one flavor that overpowered the others. Both meals were delicious! Hats off to the chef Kiari!! We will definitely be back to try more selections off the menu.

We arrived at Lilikoi Kitchen at about 11:50. We were super excited to try this place based on the Yelp reviews. We had already made up our minds of what we wanted to eat from the pictures and reviews: The avocado toast, the blueberry french toast, the acai bowl, the belgian waffles, as well as the lilikoi lemonade. The kitchen space (and where you order) is inside of a very busy tattoo parlor which I had read about, but it still felt really strange like we were encroaching on their space. I was happy that there was no one else there in front of us as we walked in since we were afraid it was going to be busy and that there wouldn't be any seating outside for us to eat. There must have been tons of online orders though because the girl at the counter (Nora) asked us to wait while she prepared food before we could order. After about 10 minutes she apologized and asked us what we wanted to order, but told us that they were out of the french toast, the belgian waffles AND the avocado toast. We were super disappointed! Those were the main things we were excited about trying, but I told her we wanted to order the lilikoi lemonade as well but she said they didn't have any left. Talk about disappointing!! Other things looked good so after a few minutes of trying to decide, we ordered the cuban sandwich, the caprese sandwich, the acai bowl and the breakfast burrito with sour cream on the side. She could see our disappointment so she told us that she would make some more lemonade for me, which I really appreciated. She said we'd have to wait for about 30 minutes for our food but that she'd bring the lemonade out for us. We found a table outside to wait, and sure enough, it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive even though there was no one else there waiting (this place must be super popular with the locals for online ordering). I think she forgot about the lemonade, but I figured she was nice enough to say she'd make it for us so I needed to be patient. As we were waiting for our food to come a few workers at the tattoo parlor came outside near the door for their vape break and their smoke blew downwind into our faces. Really classy! It also started to sprinkle, and since the tables aren't covered we wondered what we should do if it started to rain harder, but luckily it didn't. When our food finally came we were happy, and all of the issues before melted away. Nora was super sweet and apologized about the long wait. The caprese sandwich was amazing! It was one of our favorite things for sure! The pesto was really delicious and the whole combination was so, so good! The breakfast burrito was also super good and we all commented on how great it was. The cuban sandwich was really good but it didn't knock my socks off which surprised me based on other reviews. Same with the acai bowl. It was really good but I've had a few that were better. I did appreciate the lilikoi butter which gave it a nice flavor, but I wished it had been a little more tangy like another lilikoi bowls I've had at another acai bowl place. As we were eating our food, one of the same workers at the tattoo parlor came out for another vape break and continued to blow smoke our way and seemed really oblivious that there was anyone there that might not want smoke blown in their faces as they're trying to enjoy their food. After we ate our food Nora brought out the lemonade, and even brought some out for my girls as well since I think she felt bad about forgetting it earlier. She was super sweet and apologized for the long wait and for the sold out items, and told us to come back and try again, which we will totally do if we're ever in the area again because the food was so good! We give the food 5/5 stars, but the location 2/5 stars. If they could find a more private location, and without people smoking so close it would be so much nicer!

Fun, funky vibe. Shares the space with a tattoo shop and has seating outside only. Mixed bag. Breakfast burrito was delicious. Waffle with Nutella and bananas was disappointing. Waffle was small, chewy, and topped with Hershey’s syrup, not Nutella, which is a big difference. Wish someone had said they were out and I would have ordered something different.

The Farmers Market Açaí Bowl and White Chocolate Mocha were delicious. The açaí bowl was probably the best I've ever had; It tased so fresh, the coconut flakes and lilikoi butter rounded out the flavor perfectly. My phone died before I got a picture of the bowl unfortunately but it was a beautiful presentation too. The folks were friendly and it's located in a cool space. Very artistic, chill vibes inside and out. I will definitely be coming back.

Such a cute spot in Kailua for brunch & so many yummy options! We got to try the Breakfast Bagel, Pizza Bagel, & their to die for special Waffles! Everything was so much better than we had even anticipated! So flavorful & done in the best way where all the flavors were complimenting each other! Plus the texture of those waffles….OMG! Soooo yummy! I totally recommend! You’ll be so satisfied!

The food is incredible here. We've had the breakfast sandwich, caprese panini, French toast and farmers market acai bowl so far. Expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes for food but it is more than worth it.

Very good food, pleasant and attentive server helped recommend a delicious meal.Would travel back from Canada to eat here again.A bit hard to find though, once you find the Tattoo parlour…you’re there.

Great food and impeccable service. You will not regret trying this place. Outside seating. We had the breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich. Small place but you can get a tattoo while you wait for your food. You'll understand when you arrive.

One of the best breakfast and brunch places in Kailua! Food: 5/5. we really like their avocado toast and all their breakfast sandwiches, but their blueberry french toast is heavenly. Service: 5 star service -so pleasant and friendly! They do so much is such a small kitchen space. Laura was so efficient and fun. Facility :4/5 small but clean and pleasant It shares an entrance with a tattoo parlor-order at the counter and eat outside -covered tables. Location -easy to find in middle of Kailua. Street parking only! Near the small Sunday downtown market. Food is the star here.
