In a general experience, it's a McDonald's. The service is decent and the floors and bathroom are relatively clean. The only thing is an employee yelling out something out the 1st window for the next car to pull up. I had 5 cars in front of me and she screamed 5 times. The 2nd window, the employee was super sweet and smiled the whole interaction. Your experience is based off of which employees you get. (This is was passed 10pm). But still a better McDonald's than...
I havent eaten at McDonalds in years and stopped by on a whim. Overall, everything was great and the food as decent! I got the big mac with extra sauce and chicken sandwich, both there great!
It's on base so I did have high expectations, however, they were not met, at least at 1st. We ordered on the self serve kiosk. A young lady came out and told us that the shake my husband wanted was not available and she did offer a couple of options, however, she was not clear in those options. As such, I went to the front counter to talk to a manager. The manager was fabulous and fixed everything so based on her service it would have been 5 stars!
