Food: got steak wrap and the meat tasted very salty, almost like processed meat
Service: waited a long time for my order and saw people who order after me got their food before me. Went to check with the people behind the counter, and they said it's coming, without any explanation. Later the food finally was out, but it's a wrong order. They swapped it but again, without explanation and didn't apologize either. For some reason the staff all looked very unhappy to serve. Not sure why.
Atmosphere: music was very loud, the room was small, then everyone was screaming to talk, made it even harder to hear anything. Wanted to grab the seat outside, but someone ordered before me took the seat because it took forever to get my food.
The açaí bowl and turkey kale pesto sandwich were very good!
They forgot to start cooking our food, then cooked the wrong dish that wasn’t on the receipt. When we asked them to correct their mistake, they didn’t apologize and acted like we owe them something.
They have the nerve to default the tip to 20% while providing this kind of service.
The food itself is very generic and flavorless. Definitely not worth the price they are charging.
I suggest you go somewhere else.
Delicious fresh squeezed made to order juice.. wish they'd have told me they add ice to it when i ordered... never seen that in all my years
Always come here when I’m in Oahu. Love how clean their açai bowls taste and feel.
We had a party of 5, of which 4 ordered acai bowls. The acai was flavorless, unfortunately. One ordered the veggie wrap without the honey balsamic dressing. The side salad still had the dressing on it. One latte was ordered, and there was nothing special about it.
They were out of several things. Apologetic, but I ended up getting something that was way overpriced, with or without the missing stuff ($11 smoothie isn't my jam; $19 total with a small muffin) and, probably not their fault, but it upset my stomach

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Nalu Health Bar and Café for a quick breakfast, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Their breakfast sandwich was the star of the show - perfectly toasted bread, a fresh, fluffy egg, crispy bacon, and just the right amount of cheese melted to perfection. What really impressed me was how the ingredients were clearly fresh and of high quality, making every bite satisfying and wholesome.
Pairing the sandwich with their coffee was a match made in heaven. The coffee was rich, smooth, and had that comforting warmth that only a well-made cup can provide. It complemented the sandwich beautifully without overpowering it, enhancing the overall breakfast experience.
The ambiance at Nalu Health Bar and Café adds to the charm - it's a cozy, inviting space where you feel good about eating good food. The staff was friendly, the service was swift, and they clearly take pride in what they do.
If you're looking for a breakfast spot where you can enjoy something both delicious and nourishing, Nalu Health Bar and Café is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone in the neighborhood or just passing through!

When I went there for the first time in a while, I was disappointed that the taste and service had deteriorated.
I wish they would stop leaving the acai balls on the counter without even asking if they were ready.
Because of that, it melted and didn't taste as good.
There are many better restaurants in Waikiki so I won't go there again.

The acai bowl was delicious, but the cheddar cheese sandwich was divine. The toast is crispy and the salad is fresh.
The acai bowls are also available in mini size as shown in the photo, making them perfect for a walking eating plan.
A must visit when you go to Kailua.

Girl was so rude, I get that it’s hot outside and you don’t want to work but don’t be snippy, I’m glad I never tip here

I have to say, among all 10+ açaí places that I have been to in Oahu. This place’s Açaí bowl is not that good and the pricy is the one
highest. The base is too watery and the granola tastes so cheap!
