Stopped by here during my long layover at HNL. I was seated at the counter which is perfect to check out the kitchen actions. The staff is very efficient but friendly, my order arrived in a few minutes. The shrimp burger definitely hits the spot. The wasabi whipped cream and the pickled cabbage give the extra kick to the deep fried shrimp patty. I just wish there's small chunks of shrimp in the patty which would add to the texture. This is the islands best breakfast by a long shot. I have work that takes me all over the island AND im a foodie. They've got it down over there in Kailua. The Boss is the lead and kicks butt with his system and its perfect. Im serious. Go experience a breakfast there! It's off the hook. They are dialed. Try the homemade sausage, Home fries, and just ANYTHING there is perfect and consistent! Enjoy!
We enjoyed breakfast with Danielle as our waitress, let me say she had made an impact not only on our experience with our meal but our trip in Hawaii!
