“I ate here on my recent trip to Kona. I was happy to find the same menu items that I’m used to on the mainland. The quality and taste of the food were also in line with what I’m used to at home. This place seems like a good value for money compared to some other places I ate at in Kona. I didn’t get a fortune cookie with my meal though, which I’m used to getting at home. Not a big deal, but I noticed.“
“I ordered delivery on the website and somehow it switched me to pickup. I called the store and they canceled the order and suggested I re-order via tge website. Place my order. On about 5 minutes the panda guy calls me back. The driver just picked up my order. Yay, what service! 45 minutes later no delivery and I'm 7 minutes away. I call back. Get a woman who investigates. The Door Dash driver picked up my order then canceled it!!.She calls door dash to see what's up and to get my order delivered. After a while, I call back. She's been on hold the whole time. Must be at least 40 minutes and no answer. It's been almost 3 hrs since my order. Really upset with door dash. But very impressed with pandas.“
