“Lots of parking at the shopping center. Always fast service and hot food ready to go. Sometimes the orange chicken is crispy and bright, other times it kinda can feel soggy, so try at your risk. Everything else usually looks like it is just made and looking fresh.“
“This is the Panda Express at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I wasn't expecting this place to be so busy. It was on a weeknight and the line was out the door. No joke! People must love Americanized Chinese food. There's nothing wrong with it. I quite like it myself. Out of all the Pandas that I've been to I received the best service from this location. The manager on duty was named Angel. I remember because she has the same name as me. She rang me up and asked if I was in their loyalty program. She scanned the code on my phone and asked if I wanted to use some of my points for a free entree item. Of course I did. I asked for sweet and sour sauce. She gave a generous amount, not just one or two packets. What I love about Panda is the food is always fresh. They cook them in small batches. They also have an open kitchen so you know everything is clean. My favorite items to get are the chow fun, super greens, teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef, black pepper angus steak and walnut shrimp.“
“This review is specifically for the cooks in the back, boy they are fast!!! Never (NEVER, at least while the short duration we were there) an empty pan in the front!! This guy made 5 items in a row within 3-5 mins. For black pepper chicken we were told the wait time is 8 mins, guess what this cook got it ready under 2. Just visit to see him work lol, it’s a thing to watch in itself. It’s a busy location and managers work shoulder to shoulder with their crew, definitely will visit again.To PANDA EXPRESS (if they watching): Why can’t the employees in Rancho Cordova,CA location on Olsen Dr. be trained like this? Please do if you can.Parking: Parking is tight, but being In Hawaii I don’t see too many options.“

“I always get treated with great service at this location. I went in recently to place a catering order and the female employee who assisted me was very patient. I had no idea what I really needed and she gave me suggestions. She explained how many people each pan would feed. I really appreciated that since this was a very last minute party and I needed food to feed over 100 people in a matter of days. Keep up the good work. I will definitely keep coming back here.“

“That's the most decent food options in the UHM campus. 1) They taste good 2) They are cheap 3) Portion size is good enough.And the manager lady is super nice person. Once I was late and they are already closed. She gave me food from her and evem refuse to take any payment. That is the most sweetest moment I have ever in my life from any unknown person.“
“3/2023Didn't take a pic of my plate because I woofed it down, but, like any other Panda I've been to, they rock it. I'm particularly glued to the wok masters when I go, but the upfront service is ALWAYS quick, courteous, friendly, and helpful. It would have to be considering the amount of volume they do. Keep up the great work in these challenging times. I'll try and remember to take a pic of my food next time before I devour my food. ??✌️“
“This Panda Express is in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center food court. I guess that's where everyone goes when they need to spend $10 for free 3 hour parking with kama'aina or military ID.We were the only people in line and ordered an orange chicken and fried rice bowl for $11. The food was warm and really fresh. That's one of the things that I like about Panda Express. They cook their food in small batches, so it just doesn't sit there for hours. We took it to go, since we just had dinner. The orange chicken and fried rice were both good for Americanized Chinese food.“
“It is a Panda Express much as you expect. I highly suggest getting the orange chicken it's a little bit on the spicy side but it's one of my favorite. A single bowl with a side is really all you need. There's some people like to eat a lot.“
