Panda Express in Honolulu

“My workplace put in a huge order and when I went to pick it up, it was obviously too much to carry to my car. Jerome and Diana took the liberty of helping me bring the boxes to my car. I didn’t even ask they were so kind about it. Since the very beginning, Diana made sure I had everything I needed and was very professional and very quick to load the boxes. Thank you guys again!“

“Overall they are well stocked and rarely have to wait for our selections. Food is usually hot and tasty. Portions are generous. (For the past couple of visits, the fried rice grains have been hard, though). Staff are welcoming and friendly (Jaxtin was awesome on our visit!).“

“Pandaʻs is great for REAL food (not junk food) thats fast, yet still offers healthy delicious options. But at Kamʻs the bathroom door is on lockdown now and requires a keycode = so pay attention when they tell it to you, because it can be tricky for newbs. ALSO sometimes they forget to offer fortune cookies and chopsticks and hot sauce, unless you ask them. AND if theyʻre busy: the soda machine, the trash cans, and the napkins could all use help. But at least they keep the place clean.“

“Corinne and I want to say thank you so much to the best panda express that we have ever been to!!! This is sincere and love from Italy to all of you 🇮🇹 the customer service was kind and sincere and the food was cooked perfectly and they were able to handle their customers easily with barely any wait time. Even at the end they had no problem making us feel welcome and we will definitely love to come back! Come to this panda express over any other on the island and be kind and loving to these amazing people 💕❤“

“A large amount of food spilled in my car and the staff helped me clean it. She also replaced the food!
Very kind of them and I appreciate that! 10/10

Also the food was amazing 10/10, noodles and mushroom chicken.“

“Very friendly and accommodating! The staff work hard with a smile and the Manager Suzane's hospitality and kindness is why I chose to cater from here 2 days in a row for a large group of 30. Food came out hot, fresh, and tasty. On the first day, Food was ready when scheduled. On second day, we asked for the food earlier than planned and Suzane along with all the staff did their best to accommodate and came through! 10 out of 10 would recommend. High school volleyball team and family did not leave any leftovers.“

“Really awesome for a fast food place, that's the only reason I didn't break everything at the top because fast food is not supposed to be spectacularly amazing. It's supposed to be good and solid and somewhat relaxing. This place is really great for that.“
