Beware Food Delivery Service Drivers! I had 2 orders to pick up and they said they could only give drivers one order at a time and the other order for the second order was not ready. They said it was their store policy, and said I have to drive around again. I had to wait an extreme amount of time. The first customer’s order drinks will be melted by the time I get the second order and deliver the food. This is utterly ridiculous! I have picked up 2 customer orders late night in Kapolei, and they were able to give me 2 customer orders at the window. These people have horrible service.

Beware Food Delivery people on late night service. I had a double delivery order waited in line 45 minutes and was told to circle around for customer A with my two part delivery order regardless of the fact customer B’s food will be cold the ice will melt in the drink and the soda will be watery they said it isnt fair to the rest of the customers in the drive thru, even though customer A ordered the food on doordash over an hour ago. So its correct to have customer A wait 2 hours for their food?? Absolutely horrible. I worked Taco Bell in the mainland the work is tiring and endless, but this is just wrong. I have picked up orders at drive thru taco bells over the entire island pearl city, aiea, waipahu, kapolei, wahiawa, mililani and this “policy” has never been implimented at any other location I have been at.

Open till 9pm and yet it's 8:20pm and the doors are locked with a sign saying use the drive thru window. They were nice enough to come unlock the door to tell me "I hear you don't own a car, but you cannot use the drive thru without one."
How stupid is that. Also there is no number anywhere visible to call and make a comment.
Food was good and made well. Staff was friendly and they have parking available though the parking the lot is a bit difficult to get into.

Used to be an employee here. The kitchen is not clean (only a few employees actually clean the drive-thru area). They refused to provide me with a termination letter, which is illegal and highly unprofessional. Every time you want to get ahold of one of the managers they ignore your phone calls. You have to come in person and speak to someone in order to get anything done. The manager, Beth is very rude. Multiple employees have complained about her attitude problem and her lack of sympathy when it comes to scheduling employees. If you are considering working here, let this be your sign not to work or eat here. Every other manager is cool and very considerate about scheduling and making accommodations for those with disabilities. Carmelita and Beth are horrible managers who lack communication skills and sympathy.
