What an amazing food truck find! The food was flavorful, well prepared and creative. It was the BEST burger and pork belly sandwich we’ve ever had. The rosemary, ginger honey cream brûlée was the perfect end to our meal. The family was delightful! No photos because we devoured it so quickly.
Kauai has some very good food trucks. This was our favorite. The Awesome Burger and Bitchin Burger are next-level good. Two of our group had the tuna melt and raved about it. The waffle tot with cheese was very good, but could have used a little more cheese sauce. Do expect to wait a while for your food. Everything is cooked to order and the owner was the only cook.
