No complaints at all, only praise.
Counter service was wonderful, Kaneohe plate portion was very generous. Food was ONO , living up to their name. Everything maika'i, everything ono even the deserts.
Recommendation would be to just buy em all

He Mea Ono Poi Factory lives up to their name. The Kaneohe plate was bomb and dissappeared quicker than I wanted but thats my own fault haha. Portion was generous, service was lovely and everything was ONO. Lomi Oio, assortment of haupia and kulolo no can go wrong. 10 star if can ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really good Hawaiian food! Best for takeaway, although there is a little dining patio. Combo plate had all the hits and was delicious. Service was quick. Came highly recommended by a few locals. Will go again?

So this restaurant is close to my house. I walked, did a take out, got home and ate the Kaneohe Special. Plenty, tasty, and a little of everything. Go check this place out. Warning, parking limited, outdoor tables limited, Take out best.

We had the Kaneohe Combo which has a lot of different popular Hawaiian dishes and it was delicious! This is a great place for lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Awesome service and staff. My twins were raised on their poi and I still buy almost every week. Kulolo, Haupia and haulolo is on point!
