Kin Wah Chop Suey offers really tasty Chinese food at great prices. The lunch special with pork and chicken, lemon chicken, ribs, and sweet and sour soup tastes authentically Chinese. The minute chicken with cake noodle is the star of the show and absolutely worth the visit. The crispy gau gee, especially when paired with shoyu & hot mustard sauce, is a delightful treat. Service is quick and attentive, and they offer fresh hot tea. The food is very fresh and delicious. However, some dishes can be light on meat and veggies and heavy on noodles for the cost. The Mongolian beef was disappointingly chewy and mediocre, while the chicken with broccoli lacks punch. Parking can be a bit challenging and gets crowded, so plan accordingly. Despite some inconsistencies, the standout dishes make this spot worth checking out for Chinese-American cuisine fans. It is on the Windward side but worth the beautiful drive. The staff is friendly and courteous.
