Well, I shop there frequently, but there is a lot of vacant storefronts. Also, the parking lot is a horrible mess. The parking stalls are all different sizes, and the lines dividing them are so faded so people take up two stalls. The arrows depicting direction of traffic are also faded and some are non-existent so people drive in both directions!
