30 minutes after giving address on base (confirming we were in Cabanas), the driver calls to say he cannot deliver to where we are. I called the store and asked to talk to a supervisor or manager, put on hold for 8 minutes; no offer to make it right, solution is we go pick it up. They obviously couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction, do not order from this Pizza Hut. Completely dissatisfied, will not utilize nor recommend this specific location again.
