I only eat here because Oahu doesn't have any other fast food Mexican restaurants. Im from Southern California where Mexican food IS FOOD. Quality of food is very poor. Food is always room temperature.
Watch the prices, every location is different and the prices are crazy
Got an order delivered and I'm waiting this review out of dismay. I received all my items, unfortunately they were horribly assembled, wrapped, and placed in the bag. No napkins, utensils, sauces, etc. Order prep also took 45 minutes for five items, four of which were burritos. Saving grace is that it was semi yummy. Their potatos though were rock hard, boo.

Taco Bell is a popular spot that often faces long wait times in the drive-thru and parking lot. While customer service can be spotty, some employees provide excellent service. The food is consistently good, and the staff is generally friendly. One male employee in particular has been praised for going above and beyond to help customers, even opening doors for them. The ambiance of the inside is clean, and mobile orders are prepared on time. However, the limited parking shared with a neighboring Pizza Hut can be a challenge.
