Saito & Pho Japanese & Vietnamese

First time coming to Saito and Pho. It was very quick to get seated. We also got our food within like 10-15 minutes. The chicken Katsu was nice and crispy and with the side order of curry was also good. The curry was not spicy but was also thick enough for it to work well with the Katsu. Overall, it kinda gave a nice mom and pop kinda restaurant where it felt like you just came back home.

Food is so good!

Haven’t had better pho on this side of the island than Saito & Pho. Bahn Mi is great very good. They do it right with the spring rolls in that it comes with lettuce wrap and other accoutrements like it should.

Terrible service, they steal money from you by ordering online through their own webpage..in otherwords don't order online call directly so you can see how disrespectful they speak to people...especially on a big order that their kitchen canceled but still charged my family for?..make it make sense?

I am not an expert in Vietnamese food but I love this place. Come here every time I am in Oahu . Love pho with steak and chicken papaya salad. Very flavorful and tastes pretty healthy, not fat, not too salty - just right

My experience was very short with this restaurant. My mom, and I stopped by with my newborn because Genki Sushi isn't opening until June 6th. We walk in and it smelled so delicious. Before we could relish in the environment, someone shouted to us from across the room how many is in our party. I say 2, then she said 3 and laughed. Clearly my newborn isn't eating though. Anyway, there was maybe 2 families there, both sitting at the front, but the lady pointed and told us to sit in the very back... we sat down, looked at the menu, and my mom told me she'd be right back, she was gonna wash her hands. I asked the same lady where the restroom was and she just looked at me and pointed. So I told her speak up, I can't hear you, just say where the restroom is. She just kept pointing and getting an attitude. I never experienced customer service so terrible before. Usually someone would show you where the restroom is, it's not that serious. The lady ended up getting an attitude and making disgusted faces at us. We were so uncomfortable, we just decided to leave. Maybe customer service training will rectify?

I am sick today and my wife ordered me some chicken pho. Unreal how good it was and I do feel a little better. Absolutely recommend.

I ordered the combo pho, and let me tell you, I was monumentally disappointed. The broth was a complete letdown—utterly flavorless, like they forgot to invite any seasoning to the party. It was as if I was sipping on mildly warm water with a hint of regret. Something crucial was missing, but I couldn’t even begin to figure out what it was—maybe soul? Maybe love? Who knows?

The summer rolls were the saving grace, practically bursting with freshness.
