We dined in and we were treated like a king and queen. Lana was quick and helpful. She was knowledgeable of the menu and helped me choose some good selection amidst my having still a morning brain at 9 am needing much coffee. I forgot what the breakfast sandwich was called some kind of double bacon thingamajig but it was good. I had some kind of blonde roast coffee and although I’m a dark roast guy, straight, black it was just what I needed.

Picked up a mobile order just now with 5 drinks. My app notified me that my order was ready for pickup, although it wasn't due to a normal coffee that wasn't made yet. The boy there was making the drinks and presenting them and there were 4 other girls working. Seem as if he was having a bad day as he made a loud comment NO ONE SAYS THANK YOU.TO HIM.IF you expect someone to say thank you then ne positive and friendly. Make sure you have all drinks ready as the app says drinks are ready for pick up. ENTITLEMENT is NOT BECOMING. SHAME ON YOU as you may have LOST THE OTHER LADY AND MYSELF BUSINESS FROM COMING HERE AGAIN. SO IGNORANT OF YOUBTOSAY

Ever since they renovated, they completely removed the bakery case so you can't see any of the food that's offered or available. You have to ask them. It was so much nicer when the food was visually displayed.

been knowing this starbucks is horrible but making a review because my moms been having a bad experience too. my coffee is always burnt— was a barista before. it’s not that hard to wait for the star that shows the shot is good quality to put in the drink. but more than that, the service there is sooo bad. the girl with the ponytail and bad attitude who’s always on window. jeez. i’m seeing ppl on here comment about her too and now i know im not the only one lol. pls do better. so embarrassing

I love this starbucks near safeway across windward mall. I usually go there every morning mon-friday between 630am-7:30am. All the employees are so friendly and the employee taking orders at the drive thru always makes my day Im not sure of her name but I drive from waianae to kaneohe for work and sometimes the drive can be a little rough & tiring but going thru that drive thru with that particular employee working just makes my day better because of her positive, cheerful & friendly attitude which we need more people in this world like her. I've been wanted to thank her for always making my day but she was never at the window until today 10/22/24 @6:25am I was able to thank her. If this ever gets back to her i just want you to know that i appreciate you for always giving the best customer service and for making the start of my day a great day. Take care & god bless.
The music in the store is so loud you cannot have a conversation. I asked the staff to turn down the volume and they said OK but didn’t follow-through.
