Not sure why such a low score. We've been here twice after not visiting a Teddy's in like ten years (went veg). The first time, it was just for the sides. They have excellent fries, onion rings, and tots, especially the latter. There was a small issue with the order but it was resolved no problem. Commenting on the service provided by the Kaneohe location, manager Ronz. Super helpful, patient and understanding. I had an issue with my payment and Ronz was helpful over the phone and in person. I made a mistake on my part and Ronz was gracious through the entire process. Customer service is such a critical component of business and I was very pleased and grateful that Ronz delivered exceptional customer service. I came here on the recommendation of a friend and I was NOT disappointed! I ordered the Kanak Attack and my friend ordered the Kaneohe. The burgers were tall and generously topped with bacon, avocado, cheese, and the Kanak had onion rings as well. The burgers were JUICY at medium rare and perfectly done. The employees were awesome, helpful and happy to answer any questions. We both had combos that included perfectly cooked TOTS! I would definitely come here again!
