“We were in Kauai for 3 days and on our first night here, we decided to try Coconut Thai & Chinese Cuisine. We liked it so much that we decided to come back the second night.
And how could we end our trip in Kauai without eating there for our last diner. So here we are for the third time in a row. And we are not disappointed at all. We loved everything that we had here. We tried the padthai, the coconut curry, the Pan Fried Lo Mein and the Fresh Kauai Shrimp. It was EXCELLENT. We truly recommend this place. The waiter Silo is so nice and the food so good.
If one day we have the opportunity to come back in Kauai, we will be back at Coconut Thai & Chinese Cuisine ! Thanks again Silo 🫶🏽“

“We visited the store while on vacation and after visiting the lydgate beach. They were quick in making the entree within 5 minutes. We ordered bigger plate of chowmein, fried rice, Beijing beef, black pepper chicken with watermelon mango refresher. The prices in Hawaii are definitely more than other states for same chain.“

“Really a great find. My wife and I came here on our first trip to Kauai 12 years ago, while out for a walk near our hotel. We just had to come back (it’s now 2024). Cool to see they’re still making really good food in this tiny shop off the main road. Note that they have a menu that’s bigger than what’s up on the big board. Try the meat jun.“

“Me and my boyfriend went here for lunch. I ordered fried wontons and orange chicken. This place gave off major mom and pop vibes, and we loved the humble aspect to it. We received very big portion sizes for what we paid for, and the food came out less than five minutes after we ordered it! The place was mostly empty so the waitress was super quick to refill water, bring us the bill, and to-go boxes.

“We had lunch today and the service and food was amazing. The lady who waited on us was super friendly and gave us some history of the restaurant. We love the open air seating and all the chickens running around. We would recommend you try it! We had the orange chicken and drunken noodles. Big portions and the food was hot and fresh.“

“I got the chow mein and orange chicken. The chow mein noodles were not as thick as I was hoping for them to be but they were still good. The orange chicken was also good but it was a little underwhelming. The food wasn’t very hot either. However, the service is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is in indoor booth seating and there is also free parking as well.“
