We got the Detroit style marinara. Sauce was very flavorful, lots of olive oil, crust is almost like focaccia, with crispy cheese bits on the outside. Good for 2 people.
As a connecticut native, this is one of the best pies I’ve ever had. Truly a work of art, and a MUST TRY for any pizza connoisseur. The customer service was fantastic and the owner is a great dude. I was only on the island 3 days and had the pie on the 3rd day, I WISH I could go back in time and have it everyday. The secret sauce wings were also delicious. 9.62/10 on a dave portnoy scale

Pancho's Pizza is a great little pizza shop on Kauai with a chill atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and super cute, with kind, friendly, and helpful staff providing impeccable service. The pizza is absolutely amazing and fantastic, with many finding it to be the best they have ever had. Both the Detroit style and NY style pizzas are cooked to perfection and very flavorful, alongside perfect cheesy garlic bread. The Wailua Detroit style is also highly recommended. It is a place many will remember and absolutely return to.
