Wow, did not expect this place to be soo great! I walked in semi randomly, bit hungry and after a drink on a Tuesday early evening (solo traveller) and it was one of vry few places open. It apparently just got emptied after a busy dinner time, so there were maybe 3 guests altogether including me (just over an hour before closing). Anyway, I ordered some food (tri tip salad), and boy was that huge and absolutely delicious!!! I also followed advice of another recent reviewer over...

Great music and food! 2 stars removed due to long human hair found in salad; that's a real appetite-killer and disgusting. Beyond that, very cool ambiance but the place could use a little more cleaning. It was kind of unkept from a dirt standpoint.

While on vacation in Kauai, we stumbled upon Paniolo’s on a Friday night. What a fun place! There was live music (she was great) and the food was ono! I had the chicken, my husband had the ribs and my sister had the Tri-tip sandwich. All were very good. You could taste the BBQ smoke. Service was great. A real family run spot!
