“Kauai Thai Food Truck is a hidden gem on the north end of Kapaʻa. My wife has been telling me for a long time that it's her favorite spot for Thai food, so while my stepfather was visiting, I finally brought him there to give it a try.
We ordered the chicken fried rice and crispy vegetable spring rolls, and everything was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came with some really great dipping sauces. You can tell they care about quality.
What made the experience even better was the location. We were told our order would take about 10 to 15 minutes, so we walked over to the ocean just steps away and enjoyed a beautiful stroll along the shoreline. By the time we were ready to head back, our food was waiting for us.
Fast service, great food, and a fantastic location. If you're looking for high-quality Thai food in Kapaʻa without a long wait, this spot is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back“

“Super yummy food. Very friendly staff who walked us through all the vegetarian options and modifications. Ther were even able to accommodate no fish sauce or oyster sauce in our food. We ordered red curry with tofu and drunken noodles. Both were top notch 👌“
