This was a great option for the hotel guests for the Ritz Carlton Kapalua. Inside temperature was too hot for me with no AC, service was prompt and attentive, we ordered a bursts appetizer and two pasta dishes and they were well made/cooked pastas.

The Pour House is always on my list of must visit for dining when on Maui. Beautiful, peaceful setting with great friendly service. The many burrata choices are a delicious companion to the many entree options.

If you’re looking to pay $40 for 1 of the 10 balls in the Costco $7.99 Buratta with a few sides of flavorless pesto, mushrooms, basil, marinara etc this is your place! After that you can have $40 pasta consisting of plain noodles with some butter sauce- this place was a joke complete with the Italian guy who goes table to table talking to you to make you feel important and not pay attention to the scam going on before your eyes. I don’t do reviews and this is a buyer be ware for restaurants. Just Awful :(

Best meal we had our entire honeymoon week in Maui. Sooo delicious. I got the Alfredo and mixed his homemade marinara into it- truly one of the best meals I've ever had. He's also a very sweet man, catered to us directly and educated us about the food. Thoroughly impressed and planning to come back here on our next trip in 2027! Thanks for a great night! 😊

We got there a little early and decided to sit outside. We had to BYOB because apparently management did renew liquor license in time. We felt rushed after getting our menus to the extent that the hostess actually came and took our order not our server. Server came out and delivered our food and proceeded to go to a back table and get on her phone, while another employee possibly the manager watched us from the front door, I assume to make sure we didn't walk our tab. The lamb shank for $58 was flavorless and the polenta was overcooked and mushy. One would think that our server would have returned to check on us, but she didn't. We were not offered any dessert and we would have refused at that point. Also don't sit on front patio unless you enjoy the sounds of toilets flushing. This shocking for being so close to Kapalua.

Pasta was delicious. Owner is very involved including only waiter. Very friendly personable experience! Temporarily not serving alcohol (apparently licensing issue) but allows BYOB with no corking fee.

Great food, great service, able to bring our own favorite bottle of Pinot. Don't miss this place.

Service team was very pleasant and polite. Food selections were adequate but not great. Despite branding itself as an Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar, there was no alcohol available. Indoor seating was warm and humid - open windows and fans did little to improve conditions. Overhead drapping was dirty which further diminished the experience. Had hoped for more based on other reviews but experience fell well short of expectations.

We came for dinner and the food was somewhat edible to say the least. The service was exceptional with friendly staff that were very attentive.
Ordered chopped antipasto salad and all the meats, cheeses, and other ingredients were chopped so fine except for the greens that I used a spoon to eat it. The salad certainly was missing ingredients or were so finely minced that I didn't taste them...salad was warm too. The entrees we ordered describes all the fine wholesome ingredients used in these dishes but they are lacking.
The chicken ravioli dish consisted of six Costco brand frozen raviolis and the filling inside was a creamy glob of chicken. The meatballs are what you get at Costco were not homemade. The red sauce that smothers the pasta is acidic and bitter .
The menu reads well and makes your mouth water but the food is Poor quality made with Poor ingredients.

No liquor license. For maybe the next 30 days or so. Had I known earlier I would have canceled reservation. But open table said I would be charged $50. Restaurant inside music was too loud so we sat outside. Food was excellent!

I hope you don't expect to drink, they lost their liquor license. Only thing they pour there is water.

Wonderful meal and service. Be aware they aren't currently serving wine so bring your own bottle with no corkage fee.

We came to The Pour House for dinner one night during our honeymoon. They don’t have a liquor license, but you can bring your own from the nearby liquor store with no corkage fee—which was a big plus since we didn’t have to pay the usual high drink prices on the island. The owner offered us a plate of burrata, and while it was delicious, we thought it was just a little sample. Instead, it ended up being a full appetizer—and he chose the most expensive burrata option on the menu—which we were charged for. That part felt a bit forced and left us uncomfortable. For mains, we ordered the short rib bolognese and the short rib lasagna, and both were excellent—rich, flavorful, and definitely worth it. Overall, the food was fantastic and the owner was friendly, but the way the burrata was handled was disappointing.

There are not enough superlatives to describe adequately the tastes that are prepared for you at Pour by the owner himself. Everything is top value. You are not rushed, you are pampered, you are not disappointed, you are in for a wonderful evening. Go and enjoy if you have the opportunity when you visit Maui
