We had a party of 18. We basically took up most of the restaurant. Manager and staff were very accommodating. Mahalo! Since we had such a large party, we dined family style and picked our dishes ahead of time. We had 3 apps/ 3 different burratas/ 3 different salads and 5 entrees and dessert. It was truly a marathon of food. We were so stuffed. A lovely time was had by all. The atmosphere, food and service were wonderful. Highly recommend. 😊

Avoid Avoid Avoid. It’s hard to hide when the owner is simply trying to cheat people from their money by serving absolute gung. The reviews are terrible - believe them. I ordered the fried cheese tortellini as a ‘safe option’. There was zero cheese, just burned little white bread balls. All is frozen, thawed, presented. Complete scam.
*Lied about ingredients in the cocktail. Refused to name what wine they poured - any wine.

The lemon drop was super stiff might as well have been a whole glass of grey goose. The food lacked flavor (brown butter pasta), the lasagna was super acidic instantly gave us heart burn. We paid $400 for a mediocre dinner. Would not recommend, we came here 4 years ago, must have gone downhill since then.

Very slow service. Served us burrata that had gone bad. We complained, and got new burrata… also bad.

To summarize, DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS A SCAM. The “owner” claimed he was “waiting” for us when we showed up… and half the place was empty. He proceeded to talk to us and take our order, when he asked if we knew about the burrata bar. We said we haven’t looked at it, he said he would “put something special in for us” (as we mentioned it was our honeymoon) implying that it is on the house. We were confused the whole time and did not know who our server was seeing that he would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. After a strange experience we asked for the bill, and we were charged for the burrata which happened to be the most expensive on the menu. Save your money and time and enjoy food elsewhere, 0/10 experience and seemed like a scam the whole time. Not to mention, they charge $50 a person if you cancel within 24 hours.

Loved our experience at the Pour House. I had Spaghetti Carbonera and my son had the Lasagna. Pasta was very light and delicious. We loved our meals and the service was amazing. We would return for sure.

First time there. I'm not an Italian food. But I must admit my scallop risotto was, great!

$40 for boxed pasta is criminal

We have been here several times over the last few years and it was our favorite Italian food on the island. Our visit tonight was severely disappointing. Service was extremely slow, an hour wait for appetizers and a subsequent hour and a half for our entree. Before our entree arrived, a server came and asked us if we were interested in dessert. The food quality was poor- boxed spaghetti for all of our dishes, packaged gnocchi, low quality bread, Costco pesto? The Cacio e Pepe was a bowl of cream. The ambience is poor, nothing fits with the next. Odd blue lights mixed with candlelight, silks on the ceiling, and a variety of fake plants. The ledge of our seat had a millimeter of dust build up.
I hope it can one day return to the quality it used to be.

Pour House in Maui delivered a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Leandro provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely personable, making us feel welcome the moment we were standing outside looking at the menu. His recommendations were spot-on and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

The food was excellent across the board. The lemon-pesto pasta was bright and flavorful, the roasted beet salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the lemon cake was the perfect way to end the meal—light, citrusy, and not overly sweet. The martinis were equally impressive, especially those made with Ocean vodka—smooth, refreshing, and expertly crafted. Great food, great drinks, and exceptional service make Pour House a place we would happily return to and recommend.

Extremely disappointed. The website clearly advertised a happy hour, but upon arrival, the staff refused to honor it when asked. The restaurant was completely empty, yet they still treated us with total indifference. Save your time and money—we left and went to the Ritz-Carlton instead, which was a far better experience

What a beautiful experience all around! Such a warm, inviting staff and elegant surroundings. Last night there was a guitarist playing! The food is delicious and thoughtfully orchestrated. Italian at its highest level! We came from Denver to celebrate my birthday there! Second time and even better than I remembered.

This is a really special place. The food is exciting, excellent, and the kind that makes it impossible to choose; you’ll want to try everything. Service is seamless: attentive without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is spacious and charming, and it genuinely transports you to Italy. I can’t say enough about it. Don’t miss the burrata!
