Odd hours and service. I’ve stopped by multiple days and hours the week ahead of Thanksgiving and have yet to find them open. No signage on the windows or doors indicating hours or vacation. On a previous visit the ice cream was good. Definitely a missed opportunity for good customer communication.
Was excited for this place, but left disappointed. Tried it twice to see if it was a fluke. They don't have a good freezer because the ice cream contains large chunks of ice. In addition, the waffle cones are paper thin and would sog & fall apart easily. The flavors were interesting, but not worth the poor quality.
Pretty good ice cream, but we tried to go a couple of days in a row and each day they had less and less flavors to choose from. It was pretty dissappointing and we ended up leaving empty handed. Their waffle cone machine was broken so they didn’t have cones either. Overall, especially on a holiday weekend, they should’ve been more prepared.
