I had an amazing experience at Brick Oven Pizza in Kapolei, Hawaii! The pepperoni and pineapple pizza was a perfect blend of savory and sweet, with a deliciously crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings. I also couldn’t get enough of their garlic fries—crispy, golden, and loaded with flavor. The service was friendly and fast, making it a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
We’ve been coming to Kapolei Brick Oven pizza since they opened in 2008 and it only seems to be getting better. Thank you Trey and family for a consistently great pizza and food experience. It has always been a welcoming environment for us and a great respite with excellent drinks. Thank you for your diligent work and attention to the customers. Still one of our all-time favorite pizzas. We normally get a pepperoni and black olive with butter-garlic crust. An order of wings...
