California Pizza Kitchen at Ka Makana Ali’i

We have ordered many times, but I have to say the Classic Caesar salad that I ordered tonight was miserable for these reasons: salmon that I added was obviously not freshly prepared; croutons so important to this salad were hard and stale; no Gorgonzola cheese except tiny pieces floating in the dressing. So few ingredients, yet every one was presented with little culinary pride and an attention to customer satisfaction. Low quality, too high price. Disappointed. Obviously this CPK is poorly managed.

Fast take out by phone. Lots parking. Near to drive to. Staff fast and good talking to get cards credit s done ok. Food good variety. Salads good too.

I ordered the bolonese spaghetti tonight, and checked the box to include bread, and utensils. Never had an experience with a delivery order where the included bread is basically a ripped up version of the regular portion that should have been included in my order. From the picture attached, one can conclude that you're guaranteed only two bite sized pieces of bread, which after paying around $30. The word stingy here is an understatement. The associate that prepared my food basically made it clear, that the customer did not deserve to get bare minimum service. Should I have paid up to $50 just so i can get an acceptable service performance?

Whether the sphagetti tasted good or not is beyond the issue here. If this is what one would expect out of CPK in Kapolei, then one would better just avoid this place and try another restaurant. Thank you for your service. And thanks for not even reaching bare minimum.

It was not a great service at the Kapolei location. A new server was in training. We don't think he should be in this type of work. He had zero customer service skills. No interaction with the customer. He never checked on us on how the food was or anything but then again the food was not good today. Also, the vibe was not there with the team even the female assistant manager. So disappointing.

I don’t eat pizza, but I love the salad and I love the yellow juice that I can’t remember the name of it!

We love coming here for.special occasions. Came here to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday. There are options for everyone! My favorite is the Kung pao spaghetti with chicken. Our favorite starters is always the egg rolls even my picky eaters love that. Can't go wrong with chicken, bacon and cheese. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the facilities are always kept clean.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN EVER AGAIN. EVEN IF THE FOOD IS OKAY WHENEVER YOU GET IT. MY BOSS TOOK US TO EAT HERE AROUND 4PM AND WE HAD ABOUT 15 OF US. WELL WE ORDERED DRINKS, APPETIZERS AND OUR FOOD. EVERYONE EXCEPT FOR 3 OF US GOT THEIR FOOD WITHIN THE HOUR. THREE OF US GOT TO WATCH EVERYONE ELSE EAT AND FINISH THEIR FOOD WHILE WE WAITED. OUR FOOD FINALLY CAME OUT AROUND 6:30PM

This was my first time at this CPK restaurant at Kamakana Ali'i, and it was very good! I haven't been at a CPK in a long time. And surprisingly, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of this restaurant. My sister and I enjoyed ourselves and the service was pretty good, considering it was busy. I didn't know their menu expanded and offers more food selection. Awesome!

This is insane. Just got our takeout order. Why even give bread if you’re only going to give 1 piece per entree order?? Soooooo stingy CPK! That said, my entree appears to be decent size, even though it’s $23 pre-tax

It's a good place to grab a drink and hang out with friends who aren't picky about their dinner choices. It's a bit loud due to the location and the proximity to the main entrance and exit to the mall there.

Ordered food waitress was not listening had earpiece in ear..had to repeat numerous times..As I figured the order was wrong from drinks too food order...order regular crust pizza...pizza came out thin crust..ordered pizza for my child pizza was cold...
Would have been better off ordering Domino's or Pizza Hut at least it would have been correct and warm when served

Ordered the Tomato Basil Spaghetti… honestly it was the worst tomato basil spaghetti I have ever had. It was so oily, and the garlic chunks were huge. All I could taste was garlic and it tasted raw so it was bitter. Tried adding some of their Parmesan cheese to add some kind of flavor to it, but the Parmesan was so dried and stringy. It was like plastic and had no flavor either. Did not enjoy my meal at all.

Terrible service from manager Vince and his waitress. Mistakes on our food order and our drink order. Sadly they did not take the responsibility of their mistake and disregarded us completely.

Bradda with the tats on his arm and neck took my order and blamed the back of house after forgetting it. Had to wait till my acquaintances finished to even get service. Ended up with no food bradda just blamed the back of the house. Unreal.
