California Pizza Kitchen at Ka Makana Ali’i

I did a take out order and got an artichoke dip and got this! (See photo) the artichoke dip was cold and look at the portion? I was shocked when I opened the container. The dip is not even half way of the container. Looking at it seem like it was only 3 tablespoon of artichoke dip. And the dip was so cold. Unbelievable. Just because its a take out doesnt mean they shouldnt care about the food. Very disappointed! Never again ordering here ! What a joke! $16 for this little portion!

Me and my friend hate this place we’ve been here a few times and every time we order the food is nasty

Good food & good service

I went today to go eat a cpk and crazy thing happens is that my dog is a service dog old and retired but still does his job and they sat me down and the manager came up to me to tell me my server is allergic to dogs and I’m not allowed to have my dog here so I said so move me to another table they wanted to seat me all the way in coner why cause of my dog the worst service ever worst I manage 6 stores and my #1 rule is m customers are to feel at most comfortable possible so there shopping experience is wonderful but here at this cpk their employees are first before service worst cpk ever ewa beach hi

Great time with Friends and Family! Worth a visit!

Before I share my experience I just want to say me and my family were really excited to have CPK. This was our first time at the Kapolei location. First off I just want to say how disappointed I am at the employees who were working on December 17, 2024. The hostess working that night had a sassy attitude. What made me really upset is at the end of the night we asked for take out containers and she blatantly tossed our containers on the table. The service here was slow even though there wasn’t that much people in the restaurant. We asked the hostess nicely for bread because our waitress was busy and she said she would get it but we kept on seeing her walking back and forth doing other things. The atmosphere gave off a tense vibe.

I’m also not happy with how my food was prepared. From looking at my food it looked great but I couldn’t even eat my food because the bun was rock hard cold. My bun on the bottom was super soggy. I tasted the inside of my burger and it was super salty. The best part about my meal was the butter cake.

What really makes me angry is the hostess that was working that night. The moment we walked in I should’ve known to walk out and pick another place to eat because she had a horrible attitude and she gave off a very angry vibe. I will definitely not be dining here again. The whole experience was horrible.

I like going to California Pizza Kitchen because of the gluten free pizza crust and the menu has something for everyone in the family.
Not sure how the incorrect communication happened when ordering but pizza came on a normal crust instead of GF crust. The manager came over and corrected the order. He wanted to make sure the order was correct and no gluten cross contamination would happen.
We all got our food in the end. We just ate at different times.

Kid-friendliness: There is something for everyone.

Came here for Veteran’s Day free meal with my family and friends. Our server was great, she took such good care of us, along with going along with our orders and drinks. Honestly one of the best free meals we had for Veteran’s Day. Just wished we tipped our server more. She was so great!

My first time on CPK I ordered a scampi and they put fresh garlic and wine, gives me abad heartburn. And food taste blahhhh/ no salt and pepper either. Its something i will never go back because i didn’t enjoy my dinner, i hardly finished my plate its just taste like a pasta scampi from the hospital they serve for patients.
