Great place to grab a quick, cheap meal or a snack.
This place for me is a hit and miss. Some days I can get in and out with barely a scratch. Other days it's like Somalia in the rainy season. Getting rear-ended with those scooter-carts, or drive-by stink eye when I'm not moving fast enough or God forbid I forget something in a section I already passed and now have to go against the flow of traffic. Causing contra-flow chaos. Having to swerve to avoid head-on collisions. MAD-MAX MONDAY'S is what I call it.
Pizza could easily take you a half hour from order to when it's in your hands. Half the time they don't call the numbers out so you're standing around looking like Travolta in Pulp Fiction trying to figure out if your next to get your pizza. The pizza is good though and even my Italian wife from the North East approves of the taste.

Much better than the food court at the Costco in Kona. Love the ordering system here too.
I like their self order kiosk so you skip the line. But when they are understaffed it’s not very efficient. I had ordered from the kiosk and a customer walked up to the register and ordered exactly what I did and except with an additional smoothie. He paid cash and got his order, walked away. And 5min later my number was called. So efficiency could could be better. But how could you complain with the value pricing that good?
I order a sundae and it was half way filled, so I ask the lady to either give me a new one or fill it. She weigh the sundae, ? I wonder what the idea. WELP!Update: people who work at the food court DO NOT ANSWER Phone order, and they will ask you if you made a phone order? ? ? Costco should create a phone app ordering so we don't need to call if they don't answer anyway, besides it helps with the orders to be precise like Mc D ordering.!Manager should look into this mess.

If you are driving a plug-in vehicle, to the left of the entrance, the very first parking spot is for a plug-in vehicle where you can charge for free. The food court is quick as you must order from the kiosk. Fuel for regular unleaded was $3.92, much cheaper than the $4.59 we paid at a Shell in Temecula, CA. Was $3.82 a few days earlier at the Costco in Wahiawa. Great stop to pick up chocolate/macadamia souvenirs to gift back on the mainland. Mahalo!
The lady that serve hotdog really need to learn some customer service skill. Especially dealing with customer that are disabled. She seem very rude and inattentive when the customer trying to get her attention. Just my observation :P

Ordered 2 pies and they were ready in less than 5 minutes. No cash anymore.
The pizzas are a killer deal. I just found out you can order your whole pizza "double cut" which gives you 16 slices instead of 12. A much better size for kids and petite eaters.
This is Costco. But if your staying in Kapolei that can be a welcome relief as the prices here are closer to mainland prices for the food court and the general items. One bonus is relatively low priced gas but you will wait in line
