So good
I don’t care for the regular cookies, but I like their thin cookies. I also really like their cakes, pies, dessert cups, and brownies. The only thing that I really dislike is that when you pre-order it’s not always available. What is the point of pre-ordering if your items are not available when you pick it up?! They should hold your order on the side to make sure you get what you paid for. This happened to me three times already.
First time at Crumbl. Everything was delicious and you can tell they make them fresh daily. The store did have a wait due to the large crowd and the staff seemed a little busy. They handled it well. Im sure they are use to it. All together it was a positive experience. If I ever crave cookies again, I'd definitely return.
