First time here and the service is very slow and when my lady gave me my drink cup is soapy and when she hand me the rest of my order I was disappointed because it smell like cleaning chemicals and it was cold. And so I tried my other order and same thing smells like chemicals. I tried a small bite and it was one of the most stupid decision I did. I called them and let them know what happen and the lady in the other line was sorry and offer me to come back. Yap my answer is NOPE and I don’t need them to replace it. Never again

A very popular Dunkin location so I typically go inside instead of the drive-through which can be a little slow at times. Everyone in there is very welcoming and always happy to see a customer and help them. I love going early when the donuts are fresh and they are consistently tasty here. There’s a nice little area inside if you wanna eat there or you can go enjoy the weather outside. My favorite Duncan Location.

I decided to stopped by before picking up my mom from work in kapolei & it was already 7:53 pm, I knew they were going to close soon at 8 pm so i felt bad going right before they close. But even that they were amazing. Asked for a recommendation & the person in the drive thru sounded so nice & friendly recommending a drink. Btw i loved the drink. He was so nice at the window too. Totally forgot to ask for his name. African American i believe sorry I tried calling but they were already closed but I will definitely call tomorrow to get his name so he gets the praise he deserves. Love the friendly genuine interactions. Good customer service can make or break someones day. Will come back more often now! & love the clear cups!!! 🤩 👍🏽

Needed dozens of doughnuts for a baby shower. Had to call multiple times to place the custom order, then when the expecting mom went into early labor, I had to call five times for someone to answer for order cancellation. The voicemail box is full so I could leave a message either.
The guy I did speak with on both occasions was very kind and helpful once I got him on the phone.

Please learn to make your own coffees. Every week, my order is either wrong or they are out of a key ingredient for the coffees listed as avail on the app. The workers also have no idea what half caff or a kids temp means. The workers also act like it is an inconvenience to get your order correct.
