Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

Reserved a table, arrived 12 minutes late, table was not ready, waited another 30 minutes due to short staffing (3 servers on site), and left. The food at Gyu-Kaku will forever remain a mystery - we are NEVER going back. LOL

Server had two miss-fires on getting order correct; restaurant puts too much ice in paid for drinks where it's basically paying $9 for two sips of drink with mostly ice in it. Host was very courteous in getting us a suitable table. Had to keep asking server for items already ordered and finally the check.

Staff was awesome and kept coming around to ask us if we needed anything. Food was good and had a variety of things to choose from.

We did ala carte. Ordered kobe beef for $24 and only had 5 super small pieces. What a joke! They ran out of curry. Instead, got the bibim bap had 4 small pieces of meet. Complained to the waitress that the picture showed larger amount of meat and she said because it's only a picture! Didn't even bother to do anything. Won't go back to this location

Love it. Service is great. Food is awesome. So many items to try. I will be going there often.

We've eaten here multiple times, and we both agree Ty was by far the best waiter/server we've ever had! Very friendly and attentive.

Service was great! Liked the options of food choices. Everything was fresh. Kids loved the smores for dessert.

We sent to Gyu-Kaku for our anniversary. We had the all you can eat. The food was great and enjoyed every bit of it. Our waitress was outstanding. She was always asking if everything was good and always offered to bring more. All in all, it was outstanding.

The food is always great here, and grilling your own food is really fun, but tonight the service was what stood out. Ola is the best, she took great care of us, and we'll definitely be back again!

The food was amazing, high-quality cuts of meat and you get to cook it Japanese style so many options. Paige was my server she went above and beyond so friendly.

The food was absolutely delicious, one of the best Japanese BBQ experiences I’ve had. Everything was high quality and full of flavor. On top of that, Leah was an amazing server, so attentive, kind, and just really good at what she does. She made the whole experience even better. Great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back, this will be my new Japanese bbq spot. Thank you.

This is a family favorite for dinners! We love that each person can get the meat they want and grill it to their particular specifications. It's a delicious way for us to spend time together!

We did the unlimited 65 items when we went in. Unlimited only works if your server doesn't disappear for a half hour. We were sharing items between 5 people and really not feeling like we had our money's worth in the end. The food and flavors were amazing. Our waitress was nice when she did come, just wasn't often enoughfor the price.
