Jersey Mike's Subs

Food is always good and consistent. The service is very sub par. It does not meet the Jersey Mike’s way. You are greeted with a unwelcoming hello. Workers don’t seem to want to be there. There is a lady with pink hair and an underbite. Her attitude is awful. She speaks monotone… until you ask her to do something, then she will give you attitude. She also likes to judge customer orders right in front of them. And uses the parchment paper she dropped on the floor for sandwiches…

I always get the #13 and it’s pretty good. The only thing I feel like is negative about the place is how insanely hot it is in the store. You can tell the workers are uncomfortable in it. There’s no ac in the store.

Food was good. Normal subs. Service was quick and friendly. What I do not understand is the price. I paid $35 and change for a regular Italian and a regular turkey and provolone. I also go 1 bag of lays potatoe chips. I was not paying close attention as I should have been. This evening I looked up costs and I should have paid around $16 plus the chips and tax. Did not get a receipt so cannot prove but I will not return due to this.

It's a great place

Face it... Jersey Mike's employees are the friendliest, but this group of workers were definitely having fun and the energy was overflowing effervescent lead by the manager down.

Jersey Mikes definitely is worth checking out. Their Cheesesteaks are the closest to Philly Cheesesteaks I’ve had on island.

My sandwich was delicious, fresh meats, veges, and the rosemary parm bread was so good. Service was quick for Hawaii but I did have to wait for someone to complete the first part of the order as the guy who greeted me was doing veges and cashier.
