I always get the #13 and it’s pretty good. The only thing I feel like is negative about the place is how insanely hot it is in the store. You can tell the workers are uncomfortable in it. There’s no ac in the store.
Food was good. Normal subs. Service was quick and friendly. What I do not understand is the price. I paid $35 and change for a regular Italian and a regular turkey and provolone. I also go 1 bag of lays potatoe chips. I was not paying close attention as I should have been. This evening I looked up costs and I should have paid around $16 plus the chips and tax. Did not get a receipt so cannot prove but I will not return due to this.
Nothing special, heard from other people and had to try it. One and done, nothing special for me

Face it... Jersey Mike's employees are the friendliest, but this group of workers were definitely having fun and the energy was overflowing effervescent lead by the manager down.
Jersey Mikes definitely is worth checking out. Their Cheesesteaks are the closest to Philly Cheesesteaks I’ve had on island.

My sandwich was delicious, fresh meats, veges, and the rosemary parm bread was so good. Service was quick for Hawaii but I did have to wait for someone to complete the first part of the order as the guy who greeted me was doing veges and cashier.

Went in right after church today & was immediately greeted by every team member. The staff is generally younder in age, which is why I was pleasantly surprised when we greeted warmly. Haha. The cashier (who already completed or sale) didnt walk away until she asked if i , besides my paying husband needed anything else. "Served with Aloha" is what you get at Jersey Mikes in Kapolei. Mahalo! Little things keep us coming back!
